Order processing

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States [and internationally to select countries]. Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are [3–7] business days for domestic orders and [7–21] business days for international orders after processing. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Title and risk of loss

Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly; we are happy to assist where we can, but we are not responsible for carrier-related issues.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, and reshipment will be at your expense.

International orders, customs, and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping charges. Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office before ordering.
